How to lose weight & STAY at my target weight
"Dieting is not rocket science."
How I did it: Well, I did lose 15 kg before I got pregnant, and gained almost everything back. But now I've again managed to lose it, simply by eating anything I want, just not how much I want. And, going out for a walk every day! It doesn't have to be a long walk, 30 minutes some days and 2 hours other days. And at least five days a week, but preferably as often as possible.
Lessons & tips: Counting calories is not necessary, as long as you control portion sizes and make sure you eat five meals a day.
If you say you don't get hungry before the next meal, you eat too much during one meal. Your blood sugar will thank you in addition to your scale.
