How to find the perfect bra
How I did it: First I tried to go braless. Well that didn't work. Then I took the wired out of my bras, that didn't work. I finally went to a shop and got properly fitted for a bra, that did work. What was the real kicker is that once I had my correct bra sizes and a few tips from the lady at the shop I could go anywhere to buy a bra. I felt so good in my skin again that lost 50lbs. Well now almost all bras are comfortable. Imagine that!
Lessons & tips: Bras are like men's suits a really good fitted bra will look fantastic and ill fitted bra will make you look cheap and dowdy.
