How to power Clean my bodyweight.
"Get angry at the barbell."
How I did it: I've been working on cleans for the past year and a half, on and off via Crossfit. After a few strength-focused cycles (lots of squats and deadlifts), I could clean about 85% of my bodyweight. I just kept working form, speed, etc and was slowly getting the weight to increase. I was stuck about 5lbs under bodyweight for a while, but it finally clicked last night when I just was pretty angry and frustrated about certain things in my life and just took my aggression out on the bar. Dropped it the first time, got it the second.
