Laura had so many epiphanies today!! :D
so adding this to my list!
this looks amazing! xxx
How I did it: I went with a group to McCloud Falls in California and I jumped! I was terrified, but my friend jumped off right before me and said I'll wait for you at the bottom. That was good news. He was alive and smiling, and waiting for me to go. Great encouragement! I still needed to take a moment to decide to go or not. I told myself that I wouldn't like it, but I would be glad afterward. Sure enough, it was the scariest thing I've ever done, but it was sooo great!
At McCloud, the lowerfalls are a good place to start. If you're feeling really brave you can take the trek up to the middle falls and then climb the ledge on the side around the tree and jump! Don't jump off the actually waterfall. Go from the side off of a boulder or stable ground.
Have fun!
Lessons & tips: Don't jump off the actual waterfall. Go from the side off of a boulder or stable ground.
