How to make skittles vodka by LipglossKiller

"An easy way to flavor up some liquor."

How I did it: Like I said in my last entry, I realized I didn't like Skittles or vodka, so I took the idea and made Jolly Rancher rum instead. I bought a big bottle of Bacardi, four one-liter jugs, and a big bag of delicious Jolly Ranchers. I divided the Jolly Ranchers by flavor, and put about 13 in each jug. Then I filled each jug about halfway with Bacardi and shook em up. The candy took about half an hour to dissolve. Once they were completely melted, the rum was bright shades of blue and purple, and ready to drink! We mixed our with Sprite and ginger ale. Delish.

Lessons & tips: Be patient, candy takes time to melt. Shaking it helps.

Yeah

I guess because the candy is just sugar. The liquor was warm and we were shaking them quite a bit…if that makes it any less terrifying.
