How I did it: At first I felt incredibly awkward and embarrassed, even though I was alone. I can't dance, and I have low self-esteem, so I felt like a dork. It took me a few minutes to get into it. This might sound silly! but I felt like maybe a partner would help, so I picked up a teddy! Lol! He actually did help me... I put on Good Charlotte and danced with Binky (the bear), very dorky at first, I had a full length mirror in front of me too so I saw myself dancing and my huge ass! and felt quite 'oh dear God' lol. But I got into the song.... My first song was 'I Don't Wanna be in Love' which has lyrics like 'put up your hands, say I don't wanna be in love, don't be afraid to get down' as if you were in a club, and I really feel those 'I don't wanna be in love' lyrics sometimes so I mouthed along, and just went with it. I don't wanna be in love! By now I don't need Binky. It was fun :D then I put on 'Keep Your Hands off My Girl' which I also mouthed along to.... By now I am dancing in more of a sexy way... Of course I still felt awkward and silly and like 'Oh God what am I doing trying to dance sexy when I am so NOT sexy?' but it was fun. I swung my hair around like a rockstar, which felt good! For the last song I put on my skinny jeans and this actually upped my confidence, I love skinny jeans and think they are very sexy, and I was topless so I felt like a model! My last song was 'Fever for the Flava' by Hot Action Cop, which is funny.

Lessons & tips:  - Put on a song that you love lip-syncing to. This will help you get into the dancing.
- Use a bear as a partner if it helps! It's not shameful to do so!
- Pick songs that you absolutely love! Pick songs that make you wanna just dance and sing all night!
- Wear underwear that you feel hot in. Sexy lingerie if it helps!
- Pamper yourself a bit first. Moisturiser, perfume... lipbalm or lipgloss. Any products that make you feel good!
- It might help to completely lose yourself. I did, for a while. I forgot who I was and pretended I was the hot supermodel-type babe I am in my fantasies lol! BE who you want!
