How I did it: I kept playing until I won.  The tricky part is saving up all your tiles until they match up in the last few moves.  Otherwise, you'll have no more pairs because they're either blocked or covered.

Lessons & tips: Keep matching the pictures that are on top/unblocked until you have multiple tiles at the end, then it gets tricky.
