How to lose weight and keep it off
How I did it: After I had my son, I never thought I was going to lose the weight I gained while being pregnant. Finally, I was tired of looking at myself and realizing that I was just not happy with the way I looked. I had tried so many other methods and nothing seemed to work. Finally I realized I has enough and so I cleaned out my refridgerator and started replacing my unhealthy foods with healthy foods. I created a lot of recipes for myself and it mostly were homemade soups with veggies only. Plus, in the mornings I used Herbalife shakes to keep me going and herbalife peanut butter and chocolate snack bars for whenever I got hungry in between meals.
Lessons & tips: Losing weight is never easy but if you have willpower, you can accomplish anything.
