How to hold DownDog for a Loooong 5 breaths
"Class after class of practicing Down Dog, and struggling to hold it for as long as I could - and now I can hold it for 5 long breaths - even to the end of class!"
How I did it:

- patience with myself
- pracitce
- keep going to classes, and practice at home
- make an intention at the beginning of each practice session and keep it in your attention as you move into difficult poses.
Lessons & tips: don't give up - when ever you try something new, you may suck at it, but keep trying to do better each time, and then comes a day when you take a position without even asking your self "can i do this?" because your body just knows!
Resources: Yoga classes at least 3 times a week
