How I did it: Going in every single day and doing a bit of work. There is so much to do that, unless you are careful, you will be overwhelmed.

It really sucked, but now it is done.

Lessons & tips: Help your parents more while they are alive. Also, keep in mind that small amounts of work will add up

Resources: Paint, cleaning supplies, and a lot of elbow grease. We also used independent contractors for more specialized services.
