How I did it: I wouldn't say so much that I have done it, but that I will sill be even after this is submitted.
Just try to search web pages in View source, and see how others structure, design, and somewhat how they build them.
Lessons & tips: Just look at web pages. The more you use them, the more likely you are to discover where usability meets design.
