How I did it: If you love yourself enough to stop harming your body, you will fight temptations of eating any junk food. Say affirmations to yourself that this is gonna harm me, and if I don't fight the temptation, this gonna end up with a health problem. Besides, this would make a weak personality in failing to undertake any challenge.

I also think it’s great to have lots of yummy fresh fruit and nuts lying around. If you want something really sweet, dry dried fruit (like strawberries and mangos) It’s still sugar, but not quite as many calories as the crispy creme donuts. Somehow I’ve managed to avoid fresh croissants and pastries I pick up every morning for work (and this are FRENCH pastries) by making sure I eat some fruit before leaving for the market. I agree with putting healthy things into your body and treating it well!!
