How to have a flat stomach
"I stopped eating out and started cooking at home."
How I did it: I lost 10 lbs without even trying to lose weight at all. All I did was stop going to restaurants. I eat at home with my SO now and although I feel like I eat the same amount I suppose I eat many less calories. I also drink water at work instead of sodas. I like those little Mio water enhancers or crystal light packets. You drink so much more water when it tastes like something.
Lessons & tips: Drink water. Don't eat at restaurants or fast food places.
Resources: Mio water enhancers, Crystal light, grocery stores.
