How to quit Smoking
"WIthout a doubt one of the best things I've done."
How I did it: One day I woke up and drove to work. As I drove I lighted a cigarette and inhaled. It tasted awful, so I threw it out the window. When I reached my destination I had decided to quit smoking for good. The first two-three weeks was the worst, but now it's mostly okay.
Lessons & tips: Don't ever quit smoking if you don't want to. If you do, you'll fail miserably. Only when your mind is ready to let go is it possible to rid yourself of this nicotine hell.
Resources: Chewing gum, free will and food.
