How I did it: FIrstly my mom nagged me constantly to start clearing out my room and throw out toys and teddies that are too childish to belong in a 22 year old girls bedroom, then sort out my old college stuff and put some of the older stuff up in the attic.

Once everything was cleared out then we picked the colours organised painters and before we knew it, it was complete

Lessons & tips: Be patient and be careful when throwing out old stuff, you may end up throwing out something important, also don't keep to many keepsakes or it will be like you never redecorated
