How to work out three times per week
"Getting in shape, feeling much better, not dragging from 12:00 to 2 pm every day."
How I did it: Find some co-workers who exercise over their lunch break.
Tag along! There is nothing more inspiring than having friends to exercise with and be motivated by (and you can motivate them).
Also, this makes it a lot harder to skip, because you don't want to be the guy who keeps bailing on the workout ever day.
