proudauzzie : I need to seriously get my act together

I have struggled with drinking soft drink for a while now. After I read what you wrote I felt encouraged. I think you are onto something. Are you planning on going longer in not drinking soft drink?

Kevin is so content. Thank you God!

Thank you for your post!

I’m definitely going to keep on with this goal.

There are a lot of reasons:

For one, I really feel so much better. I have a lot more energy throughout the day, and no more sugar crashes.

Secondly, I’ve been having a really easy time keeping pretty in shape, even though I have a desk job.

Also, water really is more refreshing, and a lot better for my teeth.

Any luck for you on this one so far?

zuzesoo has a tough task ahead!

Ah water, my new friend! I have only really just discovered it too. I just couldn’t see the appeal and now there is nothing else that seems to compare! Congratulations :)

Thanks for the encouragement!

Yes, it’s been a huge positive change for me. Also, even though I’m sure this will sound weird: drinking water has made it a lot easier for me to start exercising.

It’s like doing one healthy thing has opened the door for me to do a lot of others too.

Keep going too!

I gave up coca cola

I quickly found alternatives such as ginger beer, malt beer and cold bottled water. I thought I could never do it. What helped was that my dentist called it ‘battery acid’ and it also means less trips to the dentist

Kevin is so content. Thank you God!

Yep, battery acid is pretty accurate...

Good going!

Isn’t it hard to actually follow through on good advice you receive?

plus

a lot of soda contains contraersially aspertane,a nasty chemical found in diet drinks and sweeteners

Kevin has gotten 5 cheers on this entry.
