How to write a letter
"therapeutic with sad undertones"
How I did it: I decided to meditate from my bed on all the relationships I had and I wrote a letter to them all in paragraphs. It was typed and is now in my diary.
There isn't much to say really but I used a laptop and it wasn't romantically in pen and paper format as I had hoped but it was four pages long
Lessons & tips:
- let it flow and let it go
- don't let anything distract you
- read it again
- stick it in a place where you can come back and reflect on it
