Perfectionism
Alot, of people try being “perfect” In their sense. But, there is no true perfect, everyones perception is different, if your perfect in your mind then that is what matters.
How I did it: Get busy!
Have important things to do, pleasurable things.
Notice and appreciate all the imperfect things around you that you can handle! (Gee, even my thoughts are not perfect or consistent. Neither is my oatmeal consistent. Loved ones certainly have imperfections; it's a great source of humor.)
