Not to drink grain, oily meal, when your body doesn't feel like.

Ignore modern nutrition, but follow the order your body gives.

AS you wake up in the morning, your stomach just wake up as well, it can be easily injured by heavy food, just like it's easier to get injuries doing vigorous excercise in the morning~
