How to eat 2,000 calories everyday for a week
"It felt refreshing and motivating."
How I did it: I just decided to eat (4) 500 calorie meals a day. It wasn't too difficult. I enjoyed it to a degree, it wasn't all work. I reminded myself why I'm doing this, which is to feel comfortable and less physically awkward. I also taped my calories, with a motivational quote on my computer. This way I'd be reminded to eat my calories. It helped me keep my focus. On days I wasn't on the computer, I taped it to my tv.
Lessons & tips: Just stay focused and motivated. Motivation is everything. Don't let the scale interfere with your motivation.
