"It was hard, often miserable, but over now and well worth it."

How I did it: I set specific goals, studied diligently, worked hard and often, stayed fit, helped others, sacrificed, kept an open mind, adapted, listened, learned from my mistakes and the mistakes of others, mimicked and improved others' successes, read anything available, walked/ran to get places, spent little money except for necessities, accepted help from others, had confidence in myself, made ethical decisions, stayed drug free, avoided people who could ruin it for me/hold me back, got up when I fell, took breaks, laughed, didn't take little things too seriously after a while, and appreciated what I had at the time.

Lessons & tips: Study, work, stay fit, help others, keep an open mind, adapt, sacrifice, strive for the highest standards of excellence in all you do
