How to oppose factory farming

How I did it: I joined Farm Sanctuary and I participated in the Walk for Farm Animals in 2010 and in October 2011. I am required to write more in order for this to process so...I read materials related to Factory Farming. I learned about farming practices in my own state. I compared more liberal states to my smaller and more conservative state.
Lessons & tips: The more I learn the more surprised I become that some factory farming practices are even legal because they are so inhumane. So reading and learning more is important.
Resources: Any organization that opposed factory farming on legal, health or moral grounds will have resources. Farm Sanctuary is just one.
