How to lose 25 lbs.
"my pants fit again!"
How I did it: I joined weight watchers in May and since then have lost 3 30 lbs! I plan on losing another 15! I go to my weekly meetings and get alot of support from my workout buddy, I started walking everyday, when i got good at that i joined a gym and started going to zumba classes, when i got comfortable with the way that felt i registered for a couple 5k's and even completed the warrior dash obstacle course. be active ,active ,active even if that means parking in the back of the parking lot or taking the stairs, i know it sounds cliche but all the little things really add up!
Lessons & tips: eat smaller meals more often
cut out the soda
amp up the workouts
start small and progress
you can do it!
