How I did it: I had put off sex because I never wanted to be the girl that was used for some guy to have a cool "bro" story- "Yeah, dude, I fucked her! Score!" I was afraid of having my first time be a degrading or demeaning experience, so I knew I'd wait till I found someone I trusted.

Lessons & tips: The biggest thing is trust. The whole time, my bf told me, "We can stop whenever you want, if it hurts, anything." To be with someone that willing to take care of my needs and have my first time be a positive experience is crucial. It also helps if you're relaxed- tense muscles means unhappy vagina. Also, you might not get it in the first time, but it'll happen after a first few times. Just keep trying- the first few times of having sex isn't supposed to be the best most tantric sex you'll ever have- it's about finding the right groove and learning how your two bodies work best.
