How to learn conversational Japanese by AutumnalEquinox

"Many starts and stops."

How I did it: Surprisingly enough, enlisting in army gave me the medium which I would finally learn Japanese through - Rosetta Stone. However, Japanese, like every language, has its complications when there is no formal teaching, so I still have to reinforce my knowledge with whatever resources I can find.

Lessons & tips: If you're not too cheap (like me), get formal lessons!
