It’s a government funded study of those who successfully lose weight and find what works for them. Much of what we know about losing weight comes from their research (walking, drinking water etc..).

you look amazing! I read a book that said that once you lose some weight your body has to get used to it for a while so that’s why you plateau sometimes. you have lost a huge amount of weight so sometimes your body just has to get used to it. if you just keep doing the right things, the weight will continue to come off. don’t be discouraged by a plateau. just remember how amazing you look and how great you feel. :)

I can definitely agree with that. My body was comfortable, so I had to shake things up some more.

My new goal is to run, so as I work on that, I’ll be working on my weight goals as well.
