Good work on doing the 5k :)
How I did it: I signed up for a 5k that I completed on the 9th October! I trained for it by using the couch to 5k app! which is great slowly progresses you to be able to run for 30 - 45 mins non stop! I love running now :)
Lessons & tips: - buy good running shoes!
- make a good running playlist
- ask a friend to do it with you (if your feeling unmotivated they might be feeling motivated!)
