How I did it: I was a bridesmaid at my sisters wedding back in August of 2009. The first and probably the last time I'll get the chance to do it. I never thought of being a bridesmaid, well except for once with my ex-best friend, but otherwise I haven't. It was never really a goal until my sister finally married her long term boyfriend (10 years!) & asked me to be a bridesmaid. Then I got all excited, got to wear a pretty dress, do my hair, get made up, it was really fun!
