How I did it: I just called and paid the fee. I think you can save the money and just get a hospital tour on your own.  I think taking yoga is preparing me more than this class.

Lessons & tips: I suggest just renting dvds and books from the library about pregnancy.  That was about all we did.  It was a LOT of information crammed into one day.  The most helpful part was the hospital tour and you can do that for free, any day.

Resources: The books and videos helped me know more about what to expect and the nurse was knowledgeable.
