How to compliment strangers by ironandwine

"initially people were like 'why is this stranger talking to me' but when they heard what I said they were happy"

How I did it: just took the plunge, approached people who were next to me in various places like in clubs or outside the gym I go to. It took guts especially in a place like the UK where people don't normally talk to strangers let alone compliment them. 

Lessons & tips: be confident, positive, try not to seem like a crazy person. lol.
