How I did it: I stopped apologizing when i wasn't wrong because there's no need to. I try maybe i don't always succeed but who does. You can't complain about what wrong with life all the time because that will get you nowhere. you have to take responsibility as long your not a baby or completely  full of shit. Some people might think i should apologize but i'm just being the person i should always be from now on.
