How I did it: You can save someone's life. Don't look well they're taking out the blood if your scared of needles. They make sure your ok after you donate. The blood can replenished in a few weeks.

Lessons & tips: Get a good night sleep. Make sure the doctor or nurse knows what there doing. Once for  a blood test the nurse had to keep doing because she was clueless.
