How I did it: I purchased all the ingredients I needed and pondered for a while if I needed a baking stone - decided against it.
I mixed the ingredients, kneaded, let it rest, etc etc.....
And finally tried my pizza.
Needed more salt.
I have made so far about 4 pizzas and I keep improving every time. Try it too.

I’ve been making them for a couble of years now and I finally nailed a super this crust the other night. It was very exciting!

I also found a great use for leftover pizza dough…pitas! You just roll out the dough and cook it in a pan or griddle (cast iron works great) on high until they get some brown spots on each side. Super yummy.
