How to lose 70 pounds by Lamar J

How I did it:

  1. Envisioned myself completing the goal
  2. Continually educated myself and being open to the right information 
  3. Completely ignored the conventional low fat diet crap 
  4. Kept moving forward especially after setback. 
  5. Defined success in my own terms.

Lessons & tips:

  1. Stop fighting with your body and trying to eat low-fat.
  2. Consistently eat adequate protein.
  3. Consistently limit carbohydrates to the less than 50 grams per day.
