How to stop procrastinating by Gwendolyn L. Kelly

"I over analyze everything so procrastinating was my default mode until I accepted that I was hurting myself by being unproductive."

How I did it: I did various analysis. All of them basically said that I was wasting my life by putting things off and not finishing projects that I'd started and said were important. 

Lessons & tips:

  • Write it out. ("it" being your feelings/thoughts/concerns about life)
  • Write it out as many times as it takes for you to accept that perfection is a dangerous, life-sucking myth. 
  • Acknowledge your fears. 
  • Write down your fears. 
  • Stare down your fears. 
  • Be uncomfortable (even if just a little bit for a little while).
