How I did it: I reflected on what I was angry about and it just didn't seem that important anymore. Little by little I was letting things go. I realized that others weren't trying to do things to hurt me, or annoy me. They were just going about their business.
Lessons & tips: Don't sweat the small stuff. People are generally good and mean well. No one is trying to make your day awful. Letting go of negativity freed me up to feel more positive about my day.
Resources: I did this on my own and through reflection.
