"Bad customer service sucks"
How I did it: I do not allow any company to take advantage of me, especially a big telephone company like Verizon. So when I had problems with my bill and they refused to help me, I cancelled my account.
It is inconvenient to have to cancel your service and find alternative service, but it is even worse to keep a service that you know is cheating you and stealing your money.
Having to cancel my service did make me angry, but I am happy now I am not paying any money to people who would lie and steal from me!
Lessons & tips: Always check your bills for changes or charges that you were not expecting. Even if it is only $1 or $2, I need that money more than some billion dollar phone company. Never be afraid to call and complain if you are not happy.
