How to go to the gym
"It is rewarding. I like my body now and people keep complimenting me on how different I look"
How I did it: First off, I took a good look at myself and admitted the obvious. My body wasn't even close to the body I wanted. Then I decided it was about time to do something about it.
Lessons & tips: I go to the gym by myself, but some people like having friends. Also, I imagined what my body would be like if I'd started going to the gym the year before. Then what it would look like a year from then. It helped me biiiig time!
Resources: I used the internet and talked to friends who were already attending the gym and got nice tips on songs to download to my iPod, what kind of food to eat, how long should my work-outs be, etc.
