How to want to finish the whole wheat bread bag before eating potato bread
How I did it: I felt like it was really essential that I complete this goal because I have this bad habit of wanting to do another task while I'm starting on one task (I was trying applying the eating the bread to other aspects of life). I had this awful habit where I already opened the whole wheat bread bag and already started diving in eating the wheat bread but the next day, I would open up the potato bag and start eating the potato bread.
