How I did it: Just knuckled down and ignored the pleas of my inner wuss to stop. This had to be done.
To get big and strong one must train, eat and rest hard.
I will keep eating like crazy , my efforts must be consistent or else progress is compromised. That being said I kept the end in mind. 100 days from now Ill be bigger and stronger, more confident from the hurdles Ive overcome.
