"Finally!"

How I did it: I finally had to go to the doctor and get Lamisil pills and take them for 3 months.  My toenails, unlike my fingernails, grow EXTREMELY slow, so it took a total of 6 months for the new nail to grow in completely.  There is still a very slight discoloration the tip, but the next time I have to cut the nail even that will be gone.  Yay!!

Resources: 3 months worth of Lamisil pills, and 6 total months for the new nail to grow back out.
