How to let go of anger
"I had to become more humble to act in Grace and release anger and leave the pain in the past."
How I did it: I first surrendered to the fact that I couldn't release my anger with my own faculties. I sought a church for our family, individual Christian therapy, Christian books, and self regulative thinking. I had to be honest with myself and to people. I gave God the space in my life to do his miracles.
Lessons & tips: You have to be humble.
You have to feel convicted of your own errors.
You have to stop viewing yourself as a victim.
Resources: Gary Chapman's book on anger.
"The Love Dare".
Christian counseling
Going to Church, and church groups.
Reading the Bible and praying.
