How to practice yoga daily
How I did it: I joined a monthly membership yoga studio where I can go to unlimited yoga classes. I made yoga classes part of my regular routine. If I ever had to miss a class I made it part of my routine to at least do some relaxing poses before I went to sleep at night... some twists or legs up the wall.
It took me a long time to work up to doing yoga that frequently. Also yoga is a priority for me because it helps me to remain stable mentally which is very important to me.
Lessons & tips: Find a yoga studio you like, go to classes.
Do yoga at home.
Do yoga wherever.. on your bed on the floor, while waiting in line, breathe whenever you are stressed. you can incorporate it into your life a lot.
