How I did it: Well i found out while i was watching my pal do mind reading to me he said 'Think of a number to one to ten and think it really hard tht ur gonna explode' (XD) He did fail some times but then i tryed i did it then it did it agein
My friends were Amazed  of wht i could do! so i few weeks later i was playin with my bro  & sis then my mind said a word (canny remember wht it was but..) Then my brother shouted it 1 seconed after i thougtht of it. Then one time while i was waiting on my friend in the house to ngo out a thing popped out of my head saying 'im gonna kiss my poster then leave with my friend' ..... Then i turned naround and it look like she was going to go to the poster and i said ' You know i do know that u dont think i can read minds ,she stopped and said well.... then i turned my back at her when she was gonna go kiss the poster i saidf ' WELL i never knew tht you were gonna kiss your poster' She went OMG and then i said 'I told you' XD I DONT know when i found this out but the more
your into yoga,inner peace etc, i think you might get it quicker! 

Lessons & tips:

1. Close your eyes in a quiet room and relax.
2. Keep on doing it untill you think you got it!

Resources: I normaly did it outside with mother nature closing my
