How I did it: I changed my mind. I mean, there was no point in wake up late. So why would I invest my time (and my life) in this bad habit (to wake up late)? The alternative way seemed much more worth to me.
Lessons & tips: After it becomes a habit it's easy to do it, so you have to do it for some months before consider it's done.
It's a matter of choice: it's up to you to decide to wake up late or early.
