How to walk 365 miles in 365 days
"Walk and walk and walk"
How I did it: Really? I kept walking. Short distances, long distances. The 30km walk I did in October really helped because it required long training sessions as well. However, the short walks to and from the supermarket with my kiddies always added substantially to the grand total. It's pleasant to go for a walk and just getting my shopping gave me 1.6 mi each time. Hurray!
Lessons & tips: Take it a little bit at a time but don't forget to keep going!
