How to stop drinking coffee
"Cut down slowly."
How I did it: I just started mixing decaf in with my regular beans and gradually increase the proportion of decaf to regular until it was all decaf. I had maybe one hard day after that - just felt really bad physically, headache, nausea, etc, but then felt fine. I now have caffeine every once in a while, when I'm really not able to move in the mornings, and sometimes I go back to half-caf/half-decaf but it's good to know I can go without if I need to.
Lessons & tips: Moderation is key. Listen to your body.
Resources: My coffee grinder. Decaf can taste really good if you get good fresh beans.
