How to get more sleep

How I did it: I first timed my PC until 10 PM every Monday till Friday.
Because I had difficulties with staying online (way) too long when i had an important appointment next day and wether I didnt, I slept the mornings away.
I started biking (1 hour cycling) so that I would get tired at the night and sleep well.
I take melatonin, insomnia treatment.
I drink tea before going to bed and won't compute for 30 minutes before going to bed.
It's a great start of the new year.
Lessons & tips: To not sleep mornings away in the vacation, well at least not the weekend before the normal activity week runs.
Even though I haven't sleep all night or like a few hours I would still wake up pretty early and I would stay up until a propriate time and then i would be tired.
And the lesson I learnt, Is that my internet addiction is reduced, it's really causing you a tough life and it's no fun. I had some down sets in the holiday but since college started I can better reduce it.
All though my job and school is all at the pc, I will use it for work and at home i'll do more activities than that and I also don't txt all time with my smartphone.
I still love doing it so I'm not saying I don't txt, chat, mail, am on facebook or fora, i still do love it. So don't blame me, but I don't overreact on it.
Resources: Internet addiction test, tips, drink tea, bought natural homeopathy flaws for tea and food, have been prescribed melatonin by psych and DR, have been talking to friends about it, have been hiking with my girlfriend, grandma, aunt, and i realised i really want a pet dog when i live by myself to walk daily.
My love is strong for pets. I love animals and how they enjoy walking in the park. It motivates me!
