How I did it: Just made the decision to break away from my schedule at random moments during the day. Like go out to town at lunch time instead of remaining on campus or sing a song that was on my mind at moments when I usually would not have the guts. Give random compliments. Smile at strangers. Just generally break away from usual behaviour. 

Lessons & tips: Take the opportunity to do and try things you would not normally dream of. Break away from convention a little. Life is for living.
